Game Shipping

Most game prices do not include shipping.  Pinball Traders works with most major freight carriers whenever possible to save you on freight costs.  The freight carriers are simplifying the freight classification system.  Unfortunately the cheapest class to ship pinball machines (class 110) is going away. There is nothing Pinball Traders can do to stop the reclassification process.  Freight costs may be higher than you have paid in the past so be prepared.

The expectation is that shipping will be no higher than $750 per game and the average shipping cost will be between $350 and $600.  This is the typical cost that was found to be correct in previous game sales.   Other factors can apply to shipping costs are if you live in a small town with no local terminals.  Fuel surcharges can be applied by the carriers between the time the sales order was placed and game shipment.

There are several ways the you can reduce the shipping cost.   Have a forklift or dock available.    Picking up the game at a terminal is a good option for small town customers that live far away from the terminal.  Delivery may be available to Northern California via a company truck at a reduced rate than a common carrier shipment charge.

Unless otherwise requested all games will ship with lift gate service for delivery and will be fully insured against shipping damage.   We charge the actual cost as provided to us by the carriers and will refund the difference in the shipping charge if the actual cost is less than the shipping quote.

Some factories charge pallet or drop ship fees.   Pinball Traders will pass any shipping fees onto the customer.

Games can be picked up directly from Pinball Traders, but Nevada Sales Tax may apply if the customer does not have a valid reseller number.
