Predator by Pinball Brothers Order Page

This is the order page for Predator.  Do not place a order and make a deposit unless you actually wish to purchase a game.  The only way to actually reserve a game is to make a deposit.  Until the deposit is made you do not have a confirmed order slot.

The website will send you a receipt for your deposit and we will follow up as fast as we can with your sales order and a formal invoice for your deposit.  Please be patient as we may get a lot of orders very quickly.

Terms and Conditions

By making this deposit you agree to the following terms and conditions: Pinball Traders does not hold onto your deposit.   We forward deposits to the factory to gauge interest and pre order parts for your game.   Per Pinball Brothers policy, deposits are not refundable unless Pinball Brothers and Pinball Traders cannot fill your order by March 1, 2026.  Pinball Traders does allow you to transfer your order spot to another buyer for a $100 fee.  It is up to you to handle the financial terms with the other buyer.  Once the fee is paid and the new buyer information is entered into our system your obligation to purchase a machine is satisfied.     Pinball Traders will attempt to offer your spot to another buyer (We are maintaining a backup interest list).  If Pinball Traders is successful in finding a buyer for your spot we will allow you to transfer your interest to a new buyer.  We charge a $200 fee for this service.  You are not obligated to pay the $200 fee if we cannot locate another buyer for you.   By making this deposit you agree to these terms and conditions.

Tariff Terms and Conditions

Predator is subject to tariffs.   The total purchase price will include tariffs and shipping as required.   Since neither tariffs and shipping can be calculated in advance the actual costs will be determined when your game is ready to ship.    Tariffs are expected to be at 10% but could be higher.   However you are only obligated to pay a 10% tariffs.   If tariffs are higher at the time of shipment you have the following options.   Pay the tariff in force at that time.  Cancel the order and receive a refund.  At 10% your tariff would be around $900 but could be less depending on how the game is invoiced to us.
