Sales Terms and Conditions.
Pinball traders normally has to charge MSRP on most titles. This is a restriction imposed on Pinball Traders by the factory to preserve the value of their brands. If cost is a issue for you, inquire about if we have a show game for your desired title. Show games are machines that we take to pinball shows or are demonstrator models from the Pinball Traders Showroom. Show games can be a great deal as most have minimal play on them and carry a full factory warranty.
In some cases a deposit to reserve a game may be required. The pinball traders deposit policy can be found here:
Game Deposit Policy – Pinball Traders
For most game titles Pinball Traders can not sell internationally. If you are a international buyer consult the factory web page for a dealer near you. If you are a international buyer and you purchase a machine thru a proxy that lives in the United States Pinball Traders will not stop you. However you may run into warranty issues later on. In these cases Pinball Traders cannot help you with any issues with service , delivery or customs issues.
Some factories impose strict single game sales to one customer to allow all buyers a chance to order a game. However multiple games can be shipped to one address if you have a friend that lives close by to save on freight. Certain restrictions may be imposed to avoid abuse of multiple game sales.
Currently Pinball Traders is not required to collect sales tax in any state other than Nevada. We will be maintaining a strict sales list and will update this policy if we become required to charge sales tax in additional state.
We do not waive sales tax in cases where sales tax is required to be collected. However if the buyer provides a valid resale number sales tax will not be collected.
Contact your sales team member for the required forms.
